BROLL deliveries can be a bit confusing...
You'll receive individual, RAW BROLL clips not edited together in any way. We recommend finding an editor who can piece these together in the style you want. Our studio also offers this service separately and is happy to chat more. 🤠

Terms of Agreement

Client Responsibilities: Client will provide consistent communication throughout the delivery, aiming to provide feedback within two to four days.

Overdue Invoices: A $25 late fee will be applied to overdue invoices. If an invoice remains unpaid for over a month, the late fee increases to $75.

Usage Rights: Upon delivery, BAMFAM Films will release intellectual property and distribution rights to Client. However, BAMFAM Films may use any and all aspects of the video's creation process in a portfolio, showreel, or similar manner. If BAMFAM Films wishes to display the video in full, they must contact Client, who agrees to respond to such requests within two weeks.

Revisions to this Agreement: New components not described in the scope of this proposal will be assessed in a new pitch and budget.
