This page presents our notes about the concept and the proposed budget. If approved, the partnership is official and we can move forward!

"Client" hereby refers to the Sparrow's Promise and her representatives.
Concept Notes
Overview:
A brief, informative video displaying Client's visitation center through a "guided video tour"and text animations.
End Goal:
Viewers feel hope about the benefits of the center and experience an increased sense of trust in Client. Some viewers will have their expectations prepared before visiting the center.
Tonal Goal:
Informative. Friendly. Clear. Inspiring.
Length:
1-3 min
Schedule:
Shooting: Between March 2-11th
Final Delivery: March 25th (estimate)
Budget Note:
You'll see a "low end" and "high end" column. These represent best case and worst case scenarios - we aim to land in between these estimates, never exceeding the "high end" estimate.

Terms of Agreement

Client Responsibilities: Client will provide consistent communication throughout the project, aiming to provide feedback within one or two days.

Payment structure: Client will pay BAMFAM Films 50% of total invoice after shooting and 50% after the final delivery.

New components not described in the scope of this proposal will be assessed in a new pitch and budget.

Usage rights: Upon delivery, BAMFAM Films will release intellectual property and distribution rights to Client. However, BAMFAM Films may use any and all aspects of the video's creation process in a portfolio, showreel, or similar manner. If BAMFAM Films wishes to display the video in full, they must contact Client, who agrees to respond to such requests within one month.
